When meeting Carma, she immediately went to work and tirelessly sent us listings day in and day out until we finally found our house. We really felt that Carma was working hard for us finding leads and being aggressive as houses came onto the market. With the housing market being as crazy as it was in the first half of 2022, timing was everything.

I tried to sale our family house at Buckeye Lake unsuccessfully for 4-5 months. I had many lookers but no takers. Carma happened to be one of those lookers. She gave me a few tips and even provided us with a lock box to keep a key in. Carma kept in contact with me and offered her help. I finally had reached my limits in trying to sale this house and turned it over to Carma. Carma was very committed and confident is getting this house sold. Special thanks to Carma Godby, our realtor, for helping us find our new home. We looked at a LOT of houses, after each house we discussed what we liked and didn’t like. That helped Carma get a better understanding of what we really wanted in a house. She monitored all new listings and invited to see the ones she felt most met our needs and she helped us find the perfect house! Since we were looking at water front houses on Buckeye Lake, after showing us houses, she would take us out on the lake in her boat so we could see them from the water too. Carma and I go way back to the time she sold my daughter and her husband their home in Sunbury. She stayed in touch with me and when I was ready to sell my home that I had lived in almost 49 years she was the first person I thought of to represent my property.
This was a challenge to both of us, and that is putting it mildly. I had a wonderful, very old, home that needed upgraded and a "loving touch". Carma never gave up on me or the house and it was a difficult one to sell. I would recommend Carma anytime that you have a property that you want to sell and she will give 110% all the time. She always took or returned my phone calls, kept me up to date on what was going on and gave advice to me when needed. She even offered listings that differed every now and then to make sure we truly knew what we were looking for.
